Club groundskeeper Appanah Apparoo was shocked to see a woman on fire, screaming in pain as she walked onto a field near the Singapore Indian Association yesterday.
Club manager S.K John said: "I went to investigate after I knew she was dead. I walked behind the screen and saw a cigarette box, two boxes of matches and a bottle of kerosene." Full story
