Ministry of Social and Family Development spend taxpayers' money to fly delegation to United States on "study trip"

It's a bucolic setting that lives up to its name, the Berkshire Farm Center & Services for Youth, two thousand acres very near the Massachusetts border in Canaan.
Monday the country center hosted visitors from the second most densely populated country in the world, a delegation from the Asian city-state of Singapore.
"It's part of our process to review what we are doing for children and youth and how we can improve the outcomes moving ahead to make sure that children in care return to their families as soon as they are ready," said Lee Kim Hua, an official with the Singapore Ministry of Social and Family Development.
