The beginnings of another food scandal are emerging in one of New Zealand's premium exports.
Britain's Food Standards Agency has issued a warning about misleading and illegal claims being made on the labels of manuka honey jars.
A 25 gram pot of real manuka honey can go for as high as $70.00 in the United Kingdom, but today's Herald on Sunday reports tests in labs in Britain, China and Singapore indicate all is not well with the trade. Full story
