STOMPer Mark was appalled to see a couple allowing their child to defecate by the road side at Admiralty Link.
When Mark told the couple off, they told him they would clean up the poop later.
Mark wrote:
"On the morning of July 10, I saw a couple from China allowing their kid to poop at the road side.
"The location was at block 487 Admiralty Link.
"Confirmed they are from China because I told him off. Link
