A SINGAPOREAN television production team is in the state to film a soap- opera style romantic drama series at several locations around Tasmania, which include Sheffield, Cradle Mountain and Stanley.
The crew will shoot a drama series known as Sudden, which uses Tasmania as a backdrop to a tragic love story where a young Singaporean couple meet and fall in love in and with Tasmania.
It will be broadcast as a mini-series on Channel 8 (a 24-hour Chinese news and entertainment channel), the highest rating free-to-air TV station in Singapore. Full story
