Customer relates his experience with Singpost and it's team of foreign CSOs

"On the same day, 3 hours later, i called Singpost at 1605 about the parcels.
I told them the ordeal and the Pinoy CSO claimed that she will escalate it.
She also promised to call me back asap but i may have to call again next day.
Nothing was heard again
The next day, i called them again once in the morning.
The foreigner CSO, even have the cheek to tell me ," We(CSOs), normally don't call customers back".
Again i related the same thing and they promised to escalate it, do investigations and send my parcel soon.
He told me to call 2 hours later after the investigation.
2 hours later, nothing was received, so i called them again."
