A driver from Singapore who caused fatal crash near Clinton last month has been jailed for 21 months and ordered to pay $18,000 to the woman whose father was killed in the accident.
Kok Wei Ko, a 26-year-old engineer, was also disqualified from driving for two-and-a-half years. Full story
