Singapore ended October with 7.95 million mobile users, up from 7.90 million in September. The 2G postpaid base fell to 161,500 while the 2G prepaid base dropped to 1.49 million. However, the 3G postpaid base increased to 4.04 million and the 3G prepaid base grew to 2.26 million in October, according to figures from the IDA.
