"At about 4.45pm today (Dec 6), my friend boarded Bus number 21 at City Plaza in the Geylang area.
"As the bus was reaching Eunos MRT, instead of turning left to Eunos, he went straight to Upper Changi Road.
"Furthermore, when he noticed that he had gone on the wrong route, he went into a narrow road inside a private housing estate along Upper Changi Road.
