Indian workers return to work at Singapore construction site

SINGAPORE: Twenty Indians, who along with eight other foreign workers stopped work at a construction site here as they were not paid salaries for November, resumed duty after they received their wages following intervention of Singapore's Manpower Ministry.
The Indian workers and their colleagues from China had not turned up for work on Tuesday. But they resumed work yesterday, on receiving their salaries for November, local media reported today.
The workers have been paid their salary arrears and they reported to work yesterday, the ministry said in a statement. Full story
