SINGAPORE--The Government of Singapore Investment Corp. said Thursday it has appointed three new directors to its board, ahead of current director Richard Hu's retirement from the sovereign wealth fund.
The new directors are Hsieh Fu Hua, a former Singapore Exchange chief executive; Loh Boon Chye, a Deutsche Bank veteran due to join Bank of America-Merrill Lynch in December; and Gautam Banerjee, currently executive chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore, GIC said in a statement. Full story
