S$1.77 million.
That’s the record setting price a young couple paid for a executive condominium penthouse at the Heron Bay, which was launched recently, reported Channel NewsAsia (CNA).
The couple are believed to be first-time buyers.
According to CNA, analysts said that even though the couple’s total income may not exceed S$12,000, they are likely to be from wealthy families.
Heron Bay, located at Upper Serangoon View, has seen 90 per cent of its units already sold. It was jointly developed by Ho Lee Group, See Hup Seng, CNH Investment and EVIA Real Estate Management. It is located beside a 4.2 km waterway linking Sungei Serangoon and Sungei Punggol Reservoir. Full story
