Google Maps Navigation comes to Singapore

SINGAPORE--Google will from Tuesday support turn-by-turn GPS navigation with voice-guided driving directions for Android users in Singapore.
On Tuesday, Google added Singapore to the list of one of the cities supported by the beta version of Google Maps Navigation, which provides turn-by-turn audio driving directions as well as street and satellite views.
In a statement, the company said the function will be available later today for Android phones running Android 2.2--also known as Froyo--and above. Google Maps Navigation uses the Internet to provide maps and business information as well as live traffic updates. Full story
