Former Central Narcotics Bureau chief Ng Boon Gay maintains that he and Ms Cecilia Sue did not break up as argued by prosecution.
Ms Sue had told the court in September that she told Ng in his face that she wanted to end the relationship with him some time in September or October 2010.
This was a few months after the birth of her daughter.
DPP Tan charged that Ng fabricated the fact that Ms Sue never asked for a break up and that they did not have sexual intimacies after the birth of her child.
But Ng said they continued their sexual intimacies until end 2011. Full story
