HSBC's fifth annual Expat Survey identified Singapore as the country with the richest expats.
Fifty-four percent of expats in Singapore earn over US$200,000 a year, a higher proportion than anywhere else.
Sixty-four percent of expats in Signapore had a significantly higher disposable income than they would at home; 37 percent had a better home; 50 precent had domestic help; 48 percent had a swimming pool; 17 percent had more than one property; 9 percent had a nicer car; 50 percent took luxurious holidays; 43 percent had high quality health care.
