inSing.com, 8 Jun 2012A Singaporean man was arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Manila, for allegedly being the courier for a human smuggling syndicate.
Tan Pang Kwang was caught trying to smuggle a Chinese national identified as Lin Xiao Mei into the Unites States.
They were scheduled to leave from Manila for Los Angeles on a Philippines Airlines flight, when officials nabbed them, according to a statement on 6 June from the Bureau of Immigration in The Philippines. Full story
