Madhya Pradesh's chief minister meets chiefs of Singapore GLCs

BHOPAL: On the final phase of his ten-day long three-nation visit for attracting investment, chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan met captains of industry and trade of Singapore on Monday and held special talks with them. The trade and industry community of Singapore showed keen interest in the chief minister's visit and investment opportunities in the state. A 22 member delegation and the state minister for industries Kailash Vijayvargiya accompanied the chief minister.
According to the state industries department, Chouhan held talks with representatives of over 20 leading corporate houses in Singapore on Monday morning. They included Jonathan Yap, CEO of Ascendas, Lee Theng Kiat -- president of Temasek, Wong Khei Theen Sr. vice-president Hyflux, Tang Tat Kwong group president & CEO of Jurong Consultants and Shahidhar, senior vice-president of Agro Corp International.
