Townville Bulletin, 18 Jun 2012THE reassuring smile, honesty and superb surgical skills of Professor Yik-Hong Ho made a lasting impression on Claudio Donadel, who has nominated the Townsville Hospital surgeon for a Pride of Australia Medal.
The Singapore-born professor began his career in his home country after training in England, and has been a colorectal surgeon at the hospital for more than a decade, where he has treated up to 30 patients a week - often for bowel cancer. Full story
