According to the survey, participants said Singapore’s main attractions include its stable national policies and government competency.
However, the country’s ranking for labour relations and immigration laws went down.
For cost of living, Singapore fared poorly with a ranking of 57 out of 59 countries. It was 54th last year.
Hong Kong maintained the top spot while the US, which shared the first place with Hong Kong last year, dropped to second. Full story
