Over 100 trees uprooted during weekend storm

Singapore’s National Parks Board (NParks) urges the public not to visit parks and nature reserves during and just after a heavy rain storm.
Over the weekend, more than a hundred trees were uprooted due to storms and heavy rainfall.
According to an NParks statement, 13 trees fell near the tracks of Changi Beach Park yesterday (6 May) while around 10 trees had fallen in other parts of Singapore. Full story
