Despite the fact that a horrific accident has just occured, a man was spotted stealing money from the Japanese woman trapped in the taxi who was still alive at that point in time.
According to Chinese-language daily Lianhe Wanbao, 57-year-old Lim saw the man, alleged to be in his 30s, pick up notes and coins scattered around the taxi on Saturday.
There were three to four pieces of notes in denominations of 50 and 100 that amounted to around S$300 (RM735). Full story
