THE first batch of Pudong New Area cadres sent to Singapore for training have staged a presentation to share what they learned with colleagues.
Two Pudong government officials and two state-owned enterprise managers went there for three months to study the tourism, health, education and electronics sectors.
They returned to Pudong in early February and presented a 200-page report on what Pudong can learn from Singapore. Full story
