The National Environment Agency (NEA) said in a statement that the number of cameras will be increased if there is a need.
It added that those caught littering on camera will be charged in court if there is enough evidence.
In a pointed warning to would-be high-rise litterbugs, NEA chief executive Andrew Tan said: “Don’t think you won’t get caught. We will catch you and publicise your act.” Full story
