Train operator SMRT has completed its own internal probe into the December breakdowns and submitted its findings to the Government.
The 200-page report includes the causes of the disruptions and well as a review of the SMRT’s response in handling the crisis. It also includes recommendations to prevent a recurrence of future breakdowns and SMRT’s preparedness in responding to them. Full story
