MOU on supervision of credit rating agenciesSINGAPORE: The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the supervision of credit rating agencies (CRAs).
