More "type two" cracks found in the wings of Qantas A380 jets

MORE cracks have been found in the wings of Qantas A380 planes after a global safety directive ordered further inspections and repairs.
Qantas has inspected two jets since the European Air Safety Authority (EASA) order about the global Airbus superjumbo fleet - and cracks were found on both of them.
The cracks were reportedly “type two” - which means they were deemed more serious - but a Qantas spokesman said there were only a small number of cracks detected. Full story
