Hong Kong-based Corezing International was named in documents released by the US Department of Justice as part of a request to have four men extradited from Singapore over their involvement in the alleged conspiracy.
The extradition request was heard this week and a decision is expected on Friday.
If the request is approved, the men will be taken to the United States, to stand trial in the District of Columbia on charges of violating US export regulations. Full story
