The number of private homes sold in Singapore nearly tripled in January from the previous month, rebounding sharply from December's slump, the city-state's Urban Redevelopment Authority said Wednesday.
A total of 1,872 private residential units were sold in January, up from 632 units sold in December, according to data on the URA website. Full story
