inSing.com, 29 Jan 2012Former Presidential hopeful Mr Tan Jee Say is planning to set up a "policy discussion hub" in Orchard Road.
Named "Heart Beat", he intends to hold policy discussions at the hub with a group of about 100 people, whom he hopes to gather by the end of the year.
Through research and brainstorming with the group, he hopes to come up with a set of alternative policies for Singapore by 2014. Full story
