INGAPORE (Xinhua) -- The Singapore Red Cross will send its second team of seven people to the typhoon-affected areas in the Philippines on Wednesday, the organization said.
They are expected to bring relief items to 47 relief centers in the southern Philippine city of Cagayan De Oro, which are temporary shelters to over 12,000 local residents displaced by tropical storm Sendong. Full story
