Singapore company invests $50 million in rice production in Nigeria

As part of bilateral relationship to boost agriculture, a Singaporean company has recently signed an agreement on rice production and processing in Nassarawa State with an investment worth about $50 million.
This came as Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State advocated a further nurturing of the business relationship between Nigeria and Singapore through visits by Singaporean entrepreneurs to Lagos and Nigeria. Full story
