The Johor royal family and Singapore businessman Peter Lim signed an agreement today to acquire a prime 10ha waterfront site in Johor Baru for the development of a medical hub and marina city.
The first phase of the project will see the construction of a 200-bed private hospital, service apartments and a mega shopping mall, according to a press release from Thomson Medical Pte Ltd.
