TIGER Airways Australia's woes contributed to a 4 per cent fall in domestic traffic at Melbourne Airport in August that more than offset an impressive 11.5 per cent rise in international passengers.
The number of domestic passengers travelling through Tiger's Melbourne base fell 82,008 to 1.76 million as the airline returned to service on a greatly reduced schedule after being grounded for safety reasons. Full story
