Start-stop traffic, followed by rude and aggressive drivers are the most frustrating problems faced by Singapore commuters.
That's according to the latest IBM Commuter Pain Index, which finds that more than half of the 405 respondents in Singapore feel that start-stop traffic is the most frustrating problem they have to face on the roads. Full story
