The owner of the New Covent Garden Food Company has been put up for sale by its Singaporean parent for about £150m, I have learned.
Daniels Group, which owns some of Britain's best-known food brands, is being auctioned by Singapore Airport Terminals. Investment bankers at HSBC have been appointed to run the process, which is understood to have attracted a wide range of international interest. Full story
