According to the Real Estate Developers Association of Singapore (Redas), the Reserve list system can be used to moderate land suppy, especially in a time where it seems that there might be an oversupply.
Redas has asked the Govt to look into using the Reserve List as a means of regulating land supply, as well as to review the cooling measures imposed thus far, so as not to deter genuine buyers from entering the market. Full story
