DALLAS, Aug. 31, 2011 - Flowserve Corporation (NYSE: FLS), a leading provider of flow control products and services for the global infrastructure markets, today announced a contract from Hyflux Ltd. to provide energy recovery devices for the Tuaspring Desalination Plant in Singapore.
Under the agreement, Flowserve will manufacture 68 CALDER Dual Work Exchange Energy Recovery (DWEERTM) units used in the yet-to-be constructed plant to recover energy from the high-pressure brine stream of the seawater reverse osmosis process. Full story
