Asia Property Report, 21 Sep 2011The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) announced in August of new changes to the Housing Developers act, which requires more transparency from developers regarding information in sales brochures to potential buyers, to help them make better informed decisions on purchases.
The changes proposed include developers to provide a scaled unit floor plan and detailed breakdown of floor areas in the unit. Full story
