Last week, BreadTalk’s founder and chairman, George Quek was seen by the members of the public visiting the cake shop at Geylang Lorong 27. According to a source who does not want to be named, an independent film crew was hired by BreadTalk to film the baking process on a separate day, and were accompanied by a representative from the organisation.
The owner of the cake shop, Koh Hong Chua, said: “We are still in discussion, but nothing has been confirmed yet.” Koh also revealed that George Quek had bought some of his baking equipment, but did not say for what purpose. Full story
