inSing.com, 18 Sep 2011An Australian man broke his back after an accident at Sentosa's MegaZip flying fox.
Michael Joseph McCarthy, 38, was at the adventure ride with his family on 11 September last Sunday.
McCarthy had taken the ride with his wife on a parallel zip line after his son, 14, and daughter, 17 had completed the ride safely before them.
However, as McCarthy neared the end of his ride, he did not slow down and the 100kg man fell off the line, breaking several vertebrae in his back. Full story
