DPM Teo was speaking to a group of about 250 young Singaporeans aged between 17 and 25 at a forum Saturday morning, organised by local and overseas Singaporean university students.
He was responding to Actuarial Science student Kenneth Zhang from the London School of Economics (LSE), who asked for his take on when one would know if he is ready to enter politics."So I feel totally inadequate still," he continued.
