The median price of Marine Parade resale flats have hit a new high at $805,000.
The median resale price for flats in the same area was $685,000 in the first quarter.
The latest figures also indicate that resale prices for flats in Queenstown and Bukit Timah are ranked among the top three highest in Singapore.
Even flats in traditionally lower resale prices like Woodlands, Yishun and Choa Chu Kang, are now seeing higher resale prices. Link
