SingTel signs financing deal worth S$3.7 billion with 12 banks

Singapore Telecommunications has signed credit facilities worth around S$3.7 billion ($3 billion) with 12 international banks. The facilities will be used to refinance existing facilities and for general corporate needs.
The deals include a three-year SingTel-guaranteed $1.7 billion committed revolving credit facility with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, Bank of America, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, DBS Bank, HSBC, Mizuho Corporate Bank, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, Standard Chartered Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking and United Overseas Bank.
