SINGAPORE billionaire Tay Tee Peng has agreed to buy a Sydney office tower for $395 million from the listed Commonwealth Property Office Fund (CPA).
Industry sources said Mr Tay made the acquisition through his company, Memocorp Australia, which holds his Australian real estate investments, said to be valued at $600m. Full story
