Producer price inflation in Singapore's manufacturing industry accelerated in June, the Department of Statistics said Friday.
Producer prices advanced 4.4 percent year-on-year in June, faster than the downwardly revised 4.1 percent increase in May. The May figure was revised from 4.6 percent reported earlier.
The oil index increased 27 percent from last year, while the non-oil index dropped 3.1 percent. Among the non-oil components, significant decline was registered for prices of crude materials. Full story
