Singapore MAS letting GIC's Global Logistic Properties off the hook

SINGAPORE -(Dow Jones)- The Monetary Authority of Singapore said Friday it won't take any regulatory action against Global Logistic Properties Ltd. (MC0.SG) in relation to its investigation into an omission in the group's initial public offer prospectus filed late last year.
The investigation focused on an omission concerning the non-competition arrangement between GLP, which was listed on the Singapore Exchange last year, and U.S. property group ProLogis Inc. (PLD).
"MAS has carefully assessed the circumstances of the case, including whether the omission significantly altered the information mix available to investors," the MAS said in a statement. Full story
