Tiger said it was expecting to resume services at 6am on Saturday. However, Civil Aviation and Safety Authority spokesman Peter Gibson said it was too early to say if the grounding would be extended.
"We certainly can't rush matters but on the other hand we do appreciate the public's frustration," he said.
Potentially, more than 10,000 passengers in South Australia could be affected as a result of the 56 domestic flights which have so far been suspended in and out of Adelaide Airport. Full story
