TheMoodieReport.com, 6 Jul 2011Singapore Changi Airport has named the first finalist for the second edition of its ‘Be a Changi Millionaire’ shopping promotion this year.
Lira Wilson, a 47-year-old Filipina working in Melbourne, Australia was the May winner. She is the first female finalist in the history of the competition. All six finalists of the inaugural Changi Millionaire Draw, held in January this year, were men. Full story
