Singapore private home sales fall 13pc

SINGAPORE, June 15 – New private home sales in Singapore fell 13 per cent in May from a month ago, the city-state’s land planning authority said today, signalling greater caution among buyers amid new government measures to cool the housing market.
According to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), developers sold 1,575 homes last month, down from 1,805 in April. Full story
