Singapore's corporate regime is primed for an overhaul after the Ministry of Finance said it will look at implementing measures to make it more internationally competitive.
It said on Monday that a consultation will run until 16 September on proposals put forward in the spring by a government steering committee on the registration and regulation of firms. Full story
